Hello! E here! I am 28 years old and originally started losing weight for Graduation in May 2009. Since that date has passed, I am just trying to lose the weight to have a healthier lifestyle and to love the body I see when I look in the mirror. I took a break from Sparkpeople and transitioned to MyFitnessPal, but I have not been successful at losing weight. I gained 30lbs when I was in nursing school due to stress eating and lack of exercise and then found out I was pregnant in April 2015, right before nursing school graduation. I delivered my baby girl in December 2015. I am trying Sparkpeople again and hopefully will have a successful journey. I am VERY ready to lose weight & get back into athletic shape. Also! Collect 4 stars a week in my agenda, lose 30lbs to get back to my high school weight, fit into those size 14 pants I bought at the beginning of the summer.

New Short Term Goals:
--Get back to running 2x per week
--Strength Training 2x a week
--Sign up for my 5th Half-Marathon to complete in 2015.

Get healthy, lose 20 more pounds and get my exercise and eating habits under control that it becomes apart of my daily routine.

New Long Term Goals:
--Train for my 5th Half Marathon Race for 2015
--Maintain my size for my husband
--Develop a healthy lifestyle for future pregnancies.

My Program:
My program is to workout 4-5 days a week, which includes:
--Barre workout
--Jillian Michael's DVDs

Diet: logging calories and just trying to increase my intake of fruits and veggie, water, and low calorie foods. (And to always feel satisfied-not full or starving).

Hello! I am from Atlanta, Ga. I am a 27 year old nursing student. I graduated in May 2009 with a BS in Biological Science. I got married in April 2014 and am enjoying married life.

Other Information:
I enjoy hanging with my husband and friends, watching tv, and reading a good book. And probably some other stuff!

    Hey girl. I'm trying to get 250 minutes of cardio in per week. And I only started strength training recently. I'm hoping to start getting 4 days per week. Only have been doing 2 days. And I have become terrible at keeping track of my food so that's my next challenge. emoticon
