So thankful for the support of everyone here at Sparkpeople. Through all the ups and downs of this last year, I've been blessed to know some amazing people who've helped remind me what's really important =)

Goals for 2012:
Physical:
1) 100 push- up challenge (6 weeks long)
2) 5000 push- ups for the year
3) 1000 miles running
4) 12 races- running and volunteering
5) New Rules of Lifting for Women- I will get through all 7 stages!
6) weekly yoga/ stretching

Nutrition:
1) 2 qts water/ day- more on days I run
2) minimal refined foods- need to take the time to make more things from scratch
3) eating out once per week if that

Spiritual:
1) read through the Bible
2) daily time in the Word
3) daily prayer time with the family

Financial:
1) pay off credit card debt
2) increase savings
3) decrease spending

Time goals for races:
5k: 21 min, reach: 20 min, stretch: 19
5 mile: 37 min, reach: 35 min, stretch: 33 min
10K: 44 min, reach: 42 min, stretch: 40 min
8 mile: 64 min, reach: 60 min, stretch: 56 min
15k: 70 min, reach: 66 min, stretch: 62
10 mile: 75 min, reach 73 min, stretch 70 min
20k: 94 min, reach 90 min, stretch: 86 min
HM: 1:42, reach: 1:40, stretch: 1:38
full: 3:40 (BQ), reach: 3:35, stretch: 3:30
50k: to finish upright and smiling =)

January: New Year's Double Half Marathon- 2:09:18 (second day, second half marathon)
February: DRC Handicapped 5 Miler- 42:06

    will you be at the 12/4 run the rock race?

    I want to run the New Years Double, I want to do the relay both days but I think that's a next years goal at this point. I know thought I can do the 5K both days, so I think I"ll sign up for that.... if the race is still open!

    I also want to do the hot chocolate run again! :)

    That's a good idea to start with a 5k program. The half marathon schedules seem so daunting right now. Plus I can work up a 5k running with the jogging stroller! Do you know if training with a stroller gives you a good boost in a race situation? I saw that triple stroller you have, that has to give a good leg workout!

    You have a beautiful family! Do you have any races planned yet? I really would like to be back in running shape for the Turkey Trot, but I haven't done much running since December, and am having trouble getting any workouts in right now.

    LO and me are doing well. I have a jogging stoller and I am walk/ jogging with it in the morning. I hope to start half marathon training on Monday and train for a half that is in December. I have lost 20 pounds of the 56 that I gained while pregnant, but that was in the first two weeks pp and I am having problems sheding the rest emoticon . I went vegan on monday to see if that can help me lose the weight ( plus I think LO has gas because of all the dairy I was eating). How did you lose the baby weight ( all four times! You must a pro at it by now!!!) How is your LO? How do you make time to get exercise in with 4 kids?b
