Ooooo. Sweet! I just noticed your feed - Yippee for that happy feeling.

I have a hard time tossing old spices if I can still smell them, but honestly I am trying to do better. tossing after a year if I haven't used them. Period. I like it that packaged stuff is available in a pinch but the loose packed stuff is so much better.

And yes - a class with a dynamic teacher is so much fun thanks for the bloglove

Hey there. You're so right about me being fortunate in my dogs - and at 67 - I have had a lot of them. Sometimes I think I could a book's worth of dog tales. This pair is such a delight. One is so shy I call her my autistic dog ... the other is in your face all the time. they're not litter mates and are a year apart but they're truly BFFs. Thanks for leaving some bloglove on my post

Thank you for leaving a comment on my photo. It was a magical day - to get rainbows in Winter, and now that we've built the higher pier we got to see that one from end to end. And while I was, in fact, standing in the rainbow's arc - the phrase came from the title of a book by Fanny Flagg. She is the author who writes the books I wish I had written and that particular book is one I've gone back to several times, just to enjoy visiting with her and the characters.

We've always had a pier out to that little bay but it's been a catwalk thing - like a gymnast's balance beam. This new bit high wide one - with my prayer platform at the end - is like getting another whole room added to my house.

    Glad you dropped by.

Thank you for the candles Nancy, and the kind message. You inspire me to be more consistent in my practice.
