Its time to change my body, its time to change the rules! I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. Multiple issues including poor nutrition and no exercise, but I think the worst weight gain ever was due to medications when I was in high school. 75lbs in a few months just because I was taking a pill every day. Have tried many diets, many pills, many types of exercise. All with success, but I always fall off the wagon. New rules. There is no wagon.

I'm 32, I have a wonderful 6 year old son and an awesome husband (got it right the second time!). We are finally at a great point in our lives to start doing some really fun things....but I'm too heavy to really enjoy them. I want to ride the rides at the fair, not watch. I want to go hiking and not want to die. I want to wake up in the morning and not have my knees hurt.

New Rules: Paleo lifestyle. Whole foods, nothing artificial, and lots and lots of veggies! The coconut and I are becoming fast friends!

New Body: Currently in progress! Gym time and diet changes!

My Goals:
Month One Paleo:
-Stay 95% paleo (exceptions: my slow diet soda detox, 1 tbsp non-dairy creamer in my coffee)
-plan meals ahead of time, no scrounging for random foods!
-Drink less than 3 diet sodas per day (I used to drink 6 or more)
-More tea and water
-Gym 4 times per week
-involve my husband in more of my decision making, triumphs and setbacks.
-self accountability.

My Program:
Eating the paleo way. No grains, dairy, gluten and legumes. Lots of meat, veggies and of course....bacon.
