I can't put it off anymore! I am ready to lose weight and lose it for good! I've been the same size for years now and I am ready to get rid of it. I want a lifestyle change and want exercise and eating right to just be natural and something I love to do. I need to get over the first few hurdles to make that happen but I am ready and determined. I also want to do it for a happier future. One day I would like to have a family and want to be at a healthy weight when I get pregnant. I also want to be in shape to avoid health issues when I'm older. If I don't do something NOW...I am sure to be in trouble later!

The time is NOW and I'm ready to go for it!

Fitness Minutes: 24,606

My Goals:
LIFESTYLE CHANGE! I need to make exercise and clean eating part of my everyday life. It needs to become habit. I want to make time in my life for cooking and exercise because they ARE important and it's what I NEED. No more excuses! It's time to suck it up and just do it!

My Program:
EXERCISE: Ride to/from work a minimum of 3 days a week if not everyday. It's about 6 miles each way.
Follow my Fitkit exercise schedule for strength training every day, integrating Fitkit and SP exercises.
It's Turbo Jam for cardio! Time to make use of the DVDs I have.

FOOD: Being honest with myself and writing it all down. I've discovered if I don't write it down and hold myself responsible, I quickly lose focus and fail! Clean eating and a vegan diet is what I am working towards. I was vegan for just over a year and it was amazing how much better I felt. I love cheese but boy does my body suffer!
Breakfast! MUST EAT BREAKFAST! I seriously struggle with this one but it HAS to change!

MIND/BODY: Being mentally healthy is just as important as being physically healthy! I want to make sure I am adding some yoga, meditation, and sound work into my practice. I need to take care of my WHOLE being not JUST my body!

Personal Information:
City girl with a country heart, love for nature, hiking, music, theatre, and classic VW Bugs. I love spending time with my friends, family, and my two lovey dovey cats.
