Introduction Text I succeeded once before! Since my last success story, I was able to keep the weight mostly off for 4 years.After having my second child in 2015, I had gotten stuck at about 145lbs. Over the course of 2 years, I had gained another 10lbs. Then, last year my mom passed away, and I sunk into a deep depression. I went from 155lbs to 197lbs in just over 1 year. I was completely sedentary and eating out of control portions and unhealthy foods. I recently 'woke up' out of my depression and have been working out and eating healthy for several days now. I've already lost a couple of pounds and don't plan on stopping! I am EXTREMELY motivated and excited to be able to do this journey once again, and for the final time! I miss my mom, and I think she'd be proud of me for taking care of myself again.

My goals: -Exercise daily -Track my calories -Try new foods -Love myself

-Strength training 3x per week for at least 30 minutes. -Cardio 2x per week for at least 30 minutes. -Yoga/Stretching 3-5x per week for at least 10 minutes.
