My Goals:
Stay lean, strong, healthy, and sexy.
Be the best I could be by:
*Eating and drinking healthy food and beverages.
*Exercising, no matter how much I HATE it.
*Treating myself well.

My Program:
Good thing I like to cook; love the SparkRecipes.
Playing with Freedom keeps me moving; he is such a valuable inspiration and gift.
I've added the following meal categories in Nutritional Tracker to match my lifestyle:
"Mid Morning"=between breakfast and lunch.
"Mid Afternoon"=between lunch and dinner.
"Brunch"=when I have breakfast and lunch together.

Personal Information:
I'm single and ready for a committed relationship with a man that is perfect for me as I am perfect for him.

Freedom's story:
Freedom was a matted, filthy, mess sitting in a cage for his turn to be euthanized at The Center for Animal Care and Control.

I barely saw his nose buried under a tangled mound of hair. A small tag on his prison noted he had been there for two months and he was named “Millennium” ….nothing else. Other than being a ridiculous name, it implied he was born in the year 2000 which made him about 3 years old when we met.

Unlike the other dogs who were yelping, crying, pacing, and fidgeting…he just sat. Quietly--his eyes and head fixed--calmly followed me as I walked around the room.

When the shelter staff opened his cage, he became a completely new dog! He came alive and bounced on my lap!

We’ve been friends ever since.

Other Information:
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." Dr. Seuss
..........without authenticity what else is there?

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong."
Mahatma Gandhi
.....reminds me not to hold grudges.

“The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated."
Mahatma Gandhi
....committed to animal advocacy.
