It's much the same as what I do most every day and have for years, but I've always been very active on SparkPeople. As such, I deciding whether I want to pay for it. Part of me wants to support it (it's fairly inexpensive) to support Spark.

-A check-in on how you did in the past 24 hours -Fast break guidance -An inspirational something (often a short video either by SparkGuy, Coach Nicole, Dr. Birdy, etc.) -Links prompting you to track food and exercise -Link prompting you to something in the Community
