    Thank you for your very nice comment on my blog today and I had to chuckle as you asked if I was a mind-reader?
    It just could very well be because as you said you grabbed your tummy and tried to decide how much weight you needed to lose and this morning I woke up and did the very same thing. I was just wondering how come it is you always lose weight everywhere else but the tummy seems to be the last place when that's where I need it the most LOL! ...( I thought since great minds think alike that I really should add you as a friend and I hope that's okay
