Thank you! Here is an for you. I could not get the link to work but I did watch a few ReFit videos. It looks like a lot of fun, just not sure I can move that way any more, dang hip bursitis! I love to dance so this would be a blast. I did some arm exercises instead. My fav place to work out on line is with Pahla B Fitness on Youtube. One exercise that I do is Drinking Birds. It strengthens the lower body and helps out with balance. You basically stand on one leg, hinge at the hips and lower your chest to the ground but you best look it up!
