    Elizabeth I was just looking at your food and exercise log. I am hoping that you just haven't entered all your foods. If you have everything entered, then you are not eating enough!! You must maintain a minumum of 1200 per day or your body goes into starvation mode. Just adding the supplements doesn't give your body what it needs to survive. Also, make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.

    We all want you to succeed with your goal, but if you cut your calorie intake this way, you are bound to fail.

    Your doing great. Keep up the good things to do for your self. I say for " one day at a time" I would rather feel good than bad. I feel better every day. So will you . Accoplishents, are always given back to us with a good feeling of success. Even if it is one pound for that day. All kinds of berries are real beneficial to eat.
