Hi I''m Eliza and have been on Sparkpeople in the past and was pretty successful. I then slacked off and guess what....I''m back up in the weight department. I actually surpassed my last starting weight when I first started Sparkpeople years ago and am the heaviest ever! Getting back on the wagon and giving this a try again. My Goals:
Mini goals-be active daily no matter how big or smal
Walk 30 minutes everyday
Run 3 times a week
Pre-plan meals and snacks
My Program:
Right now I have no program except that I want to be active at least 5 days a week and change up my routine so that I don't get bored.
Eat in moderation.
Lots of fruits, veggies, lean meats, lowfat dairy.
Personal Information:
I'm 29 years old and live in Austin TX with my 5 year old son. I teach Bilingual Kindergarten in AISD and am pursuing a Master's at The University of Texas at Austin.
