ElleJay's Healthy Mission
I am revamping my priorities in 2018 to nourish my mind, body and soul. Losing weight is a big part of my mission, but even more important to me is to get some balance in my life and just feel good. Through, diet, movement and meditation I hope to change my focus to healthy, happy, soulful thoughts and life style.

My Goals:
1) Eat with the purpose of nourishment.
2) Meditate at least 3 times per week.
3) Overall body stretch every day.
4) Stay within my calorie range to lose a few pounds per week.
5) Get progressively more active each day as I feel better.
6) Find healthy recipes that my family will enjoy.
My Program:
I am starting slowly and not drastically. I really need to succeed and want this to be a lifestyle change, not a brief program. I will count calories and try to get in touch with my body. I will start getting active with basic stretching, and walking and ramp up as I feel better.
Personal Information:
I am 56 years old and live in Florida with my 24 year old daughter. We have 2 cats, Deuce & Trixie.
Other Information:
I love the beach, mystery novels, craft fairs, bicycling, big and small cats, camping, fire circles, jazz music, trombones and good friends!
