I was chubby all through middle and most of high school . . . I lost 40 pounds when I was about 17 (went from 170 to 130), and loved it!! But with health problems, marriage & an office job, I'm up to 140... UGH.

That USED to say 136.

I would love to finally reach my goal weight of 120. I want to have some wiggle room, to be able to have a night on the town and not feel like a blimp!

I'm hungry all the time, so I keep trying to just exercise off the pounds but it's NOT WORKING. UGH.

SO.

NOW.

Running in the mornings + 1500 calories/day limit. + weight lifting 3x/week at night with my husband

My Goals:
**Reduce weight to 120
**Tone muscles
**Run a 10k in April - Accomplished! About a 57 min time.
**Run a marathon in May - Accomplished! About a 5h27 time (but was holding back)
**Generally increase fitness level so I feel stronger, more energetic, and generally more powerful, mwahaha!


My Program:
*Yoga 1x per week
*Strength training 3x per week
*Running 5 days per week
*1500 calories/day - timing roughly for 6 mini-meals of 250 calories - 7AM, 10AM, 1PM, 4PM, 7PM and 10PM, but can be flexible
