Less fatness, more fitness
After college, when I was no longer doing organized sports and forced to work out, I pretty much just stopped. That led to me gaining about 60 pounds, and slowly but surely, I'm going to take it back off.

My Goals:
I'm trying to lose 60 pounds and get back into athletic condition.
My Program:
Cardio 3-4x/week
Strength 2-3x/week
Just trying to make better food choices without a strict "diet" so maybe it'll actually stick. For me, it's all about portion control and finding healthy ways to incorporate the foods I love (without the comfort of such easy things as Lean Cuisine, now that I'm living in Germany).
Personal Information:
I played sports all my life, so I was forced to stay in shape. After college, when the requirement went away, so did my fitness. Time to force myself!
