Wino tired of the Weight


I used to be a Spark member. I lost 15 lbs, while using this site, but I recently moved away from my family to pursue a dream career. It's been lonely here and 10 of the pounds came back, like I feared they would.

I took the first step by joining a gym in my new town a few days ago and have been there almost everyday. I am hoping that the support from this site will help me to lose the weight that I did, plus a lot more!
