Being consistant means giving yourself the POWER to choose.
Well, here I am.. changing my sparkpage again! It's been a rough year - mentally, emotionally and physically - and even though things in my life are still not perfect, and there are still a lot of stresses, I am back in a place where I am able to work on myself!

So this past year I've gained 40 pounds which puts me at the highest weight I've ever been at in my life. I've recently got some really great advice when I asked how to not be angry at myself for letting it get to this point - anger is not something that needs to be avoided but you need to make sure that it is directed in the right place. You cannot change the past so there is no reason to resent what has happened. Fuel your anger for what has happened in your life to make it better. Being angry at yourself does not get you anywhere, in fact it just keeps you in the same place. Letting go of the anger is what change is all about.
My Goals:
- Just keep moving forward
- Do at least 10 minutes of something every day.
- Work towards eating 90% whole foods.
- Work on NOT being angry at myself if things go wrong and focus on encouraging myself to keep going!
- Work on becoming consistent a little at a time.
