    Hi! I like you new committment to drink more water...........good luck........its hard at times but it does wonders for your body. Wedding plans are coming along..............not much planning left to do..............mailed the wedding invites this week and pretty much its just showers and bachelorette parties and getting bikini ready from here on out. I cant believe its only 96 days away now! I have lost 8 pounds as of today but my body looks really different..........clothes are falling off and I am looking really toned. I am glad I have about 90 more days before we leave for the beach to really push it and get toned. I am really proud of myself. Its not always easy and I have to remind myself everynight when I am laying in bed that I cant start snacking. I love food and I always will. I have been eating sugar free jello with Reddi Whip or Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches for my nightime snack. That is when I really enjoy foods.........at night when I de-stress. I know its a bad habit but at least I am making healthier choices. I am trying to jog everyday or do turbo jam and add the toning with weights especially for my lower body............I feel like I have a big butt so I need to keep up with the lunges and squats. Well, I have probably exceeded your time on here by now but just wanted to fill you in. What are you doing for works out? Any food strategies you can share? Motivational tips?
