Time to update this page. I joined 1-10 with the usual goals of losing weight and taking back control of my life in this one area. Well, I weigh more now then I did in January. I wont get on the scale for fear of having a heart attack after seeing the number. :)
Well, I am not giving up. The resolve to win this battle is inside of me; I just have to find it. The stories and pictures on Sparkpeople are very inspiring and one of the reasons I refuse to give up.
I will redefine my goals for 2011 soon and will post them here at that time.

My Goals:
See the weight tracker continually move to the right

Train for my next half and complete it in 3 hrs (3:27in 2009)
Done 3/21/10 3:00:33

Train for and complete Iron Girl 15k in 2.5 max. Done April 10, 2010
2:06:48 - took time to take pictures on course!!

Complete Bigpeach 5k for fun not time.

Jog the entire HBCU 5k (June 2010)

Women's Running Women's Half Marathon (November) in 2:45:59

Start 2011 at my goal weight

Become and stay injury free

Be an inspiration to others who need that extra push to get out and start

My Program:

Run more often!!

Weights 2 times per week

Xtraining - as much as I can while getting in my running sessions

training 3 days for June 5K

Eat that which fuels the body for the challenges I place on it.

Reduce sweets!!!

Former aerobic instructor who still loves group exercise classes!!

You can achieve anything you set your mind to do. Train hard, train well and respect your training!!!

    I got to play catch up....lol before you get that 3rd. one

    Me of all people thought I would never be able to Run and now I want to get out there and Run my A*% off....lol

    this year will be different, I will come from underneath this shell and Run Forest Run....lol

    I was Honored by Spark and my Spark Friends for their support.

    Initially that is how I loss my weight 75 pounds.

    I walks on an average of 40-45 miles a week.

    I was Inspired my another Spark friend to Run and I'm so happy I did.
