This is my #1 workout buddy "Kitten" - he is always around when I'm working on my push-ups & crunches. Under my face on the push-ups & behind my head for the crunches. He also likes to "help" when I'm doing a Body Test on the Wii - he manages to step on to the balance board at "just the right time" - gotta love him!!

My first intro (January 2010):

Never really been 100% happy with my body, and never 100% unhappy...I know I want to be back to my high school weight, and that is not such a low number, so it is okay to go "there"...

A year later update (January 2011):

I really concentrated on my original text to evaluate if it still was true to what I thought & felt about myself, it is still spot on, but I do have more to add. I took quite a bit of time "off" from Spark the past year - really regretting it! My advice on that whole subject is STAY CONNECTED!! Even if it is just reading one item a day. Spark is such a wonderful place & to not show up and use it really cheats yourself out of something big!! I'm so happy with all the Spark Friends I've found over the year, you make me smile and keep me going & motivated to do more everyday!

Another year later update (January 2012):

Still here...still doing it...still sticking to my original 2010 comments. If it ain't broke...don't fix it!! You would think I would have learned from 2010, that I really need to keep working this site!! I once again abandoned ship for a bit...this time at the tail end of the year. When I did that, I began to slowly see all that I had worked so hard for begin to slip away (though it really wasn't that slow of a go downhill awfully fast once you get started!!). I put quite a few of the pounds back on that I had lost through healthy eating and exercise & I really began to be upset with myself...but then I kicked myself in the butt and said, "No time like the present to get back to it!!" - So here I am at the start of 2012 getting back to it. I've got my exercise on track...I'm back to eating is getting healthier!! All good steps!! The only one I need to add back in (and I know I will get there) is getting back to journalling my food. This really worked for me when I stuck to it, so I figure it is something I really need to get back to. In fact...I'm starting back to it tomorrow morning!! (hmmm...starting back to my food journalling on Super Bowl no?? Oh well...I'm gonna do it anyway!!) I'm hoping to hit the end of 2012 and not have to tell you all next January about how I should have listened to myself and not abandoned Spark once again...stay tuned for my report!!

Random amount of time later update (February 2014):

Yep...I fell off the wagon again...working my way back...first step was admitting I wasn't doing it any longer & that I really need to be. Now just to take it a little step at a time...hoping to soon find myself going strong once again!?
