I'm 27 and I first joined SP because my weight has always fluxuated. Last year a friend my size lost 20 lbs and regained her confidence. It inspired me to lose 20 lbs myself...

Of which I promptly gained most.

So, I'm working on coming back to get it right this time... and the next.

I like feeling good and living healthily. But I'd like to look better, too. Sometimes life gets between me and healthy living, so I'm trying to teach myself the discipline to make good choices even when they aren't easy and even when other people try to dissuade me and even when I try to dissuade myself.

My Goals:
Lose 18 more pounds.
Be a size 4.
Be a "runner." (do a 5k run)


My Program:
Consistent work outs.
Lots of walking.
Decreased portions when eating crappy food.
Eat healthier.



Personal Information:
My goals are to get fit and look good while managing to pay down my debt. The REAL payoff? May 2010. I'll be maintaining my goal weight AND debt free!

    Well I have faith that you'll get back on track when the time is right for you. I've definitely learned that we need to take breaks from all this tracking and logging and pushing ourselves. It's a lot of work and mentally it can wear on you.

    Thank you for stopping by. lololo My week is going good so far. I just found out that slim-fast has a carcinogen in it therefore once my stock is gone I will not be buying it any longer. I have order some Arbonne shakes which I was trying to avoid because they are more expensive but that the price you pay for good healthy products. I will stay on the shakes for while because they are working for me. I can't wait to get to 219 lbs. I want to get away from the 220's. Enough about me. How are you doing? Are you closer to your weight goal? Have you found a good work routine? emoticon

    Sooo...about my 5K this weekend...well I've been sick with a nasty cold and decided I was going to make sure I got some rest the night before my race...I took nyquil when I went to bed at 11:30 pm...and slept through my alarm waking up 30 mins late! I didn't make it to the 5K and I'm still upset about it. Although with how crappy I felt all day Saturday and into today, I wonder if I could have even ran it, it might have been a walk, but still! Grr!

    How are you doing with everything? Are you staying on track? (I'm holding you accountable! Lol)
