It's been about a week since my last binge and my weight is starting to creep down again! I have to be strong!!! It's not that I binge at home, it's when I'm somewhere else and cave to people nagging me to eat brownies or something! Why is my family so scandalous LOL. No more binges for 62 DAYS!~!!!

Jan 5, 2011 ~ Thinking I need to post a before pic to motivate me. I have 84 days until my 29th birthday and I want to see a change!

December 26 2010 ~ It's sad to think that since I've been trying to get in shape ( basically from the age of eleven) I could have lost 30 lbs a trillion times by now. It feels like the years go by with no change and I fail each time I say oh "by my birthday" , or oh "by the new year", or "This will be the first time I lose weight during the holidays"! The sad part is I could have done it! A million times over I could have reached my goals. I was exercising, eating good (I worked at Subway) down to a good weight and I just slowly started to gain when I started working in daycare and going to school. I have the power within me to change my life. Just like everyone else. I have to love myself enough to do it.

I'm Bobbi Jo, 28 years old and looking to lose some pounds. I have been throwing different diets around for more then 1/2 my life, and I'm looking to get healthy and happy for the rest of my years.

I want to be a preschool teacher and I need lots of energy to keep up with the little ones. I also want to be a healthy role model for my two wonderful sweet children.

Me too! I was supposed to lose 6 pounds this month! I don't know how I'm going to make that happen now! I will have to lose 3 pounds this week and 3 pounds the next to do that! Stressing out now. I could decrease my cals, but last time I did that, I plateaued too.

Hey! Urgh...I think my diet might be ruined this week! It is about that time of the month, and I just cannot quit craving chocolate! I gave in last night and had some sugar-free fat-free pudding, but I still didn't go over my calorie or carb limit, thank goodness! But today my chocolate cravings are on strong! My diet is always sabotaged this time of the month, and it's like I can't control it! Urgh!

I trained myself to drink it without sweetener back when I worked at a coffee shop. It was actually looked down upon to do that, because it takes away the flavor of the coffees. lol. So I withdrew myself from sweetener, but I still have to have half and half.
The Church we went to this morning was WAY different than Northside! lol. It was a very small congregation where everyone knew everyone. So I was a little nervous, but no one talked to me, so I was relieved (although a bit disappointed by that too!). I guess I can look pretty intimidating in a small town Church. I was a bit out of place, because it was sooo formal! Men were in suits and women were in dresses. I was wearing black slacks and a teal t-shirt with my tattoo partway showing. The Church said it was a "come as you are" Church! lol. Seems like everyone in the Church was older than me too. The preacher was a yeller, which I am not too fond of! But power to him anyway. I'll probably give it another try. There is a Baptist Church closer to us that I might try as well (Jadden is a southern Baptist). Luckily, they had children's groups during Church though! :)
We might be visiting this Thurs until next Wed! You all should come to Church with us Sat! I miss Northside!

I just checked in on your food tracker. (lol...Church doesn't start til 11:00, so...) Have you ever tried Stevia instead of Splenda? Stevia is all-natural, and it's actually cheaper than Splenda, because you only have to use a teeny-tiny bit because it's so sweet (and it's 0 cals also)! Or better yet...have you ever tried coffee UN-sweetened? I did research in college on artificial sweeteners, and all of the studies I looked at found that artificial sweeteners cause our brains to lose the "sweet=calories" connection. This means that it causes us to actually eat MORE. Just a little FYI. ;)

Jadden has to work today, so Haden and I are going to try out a new church today called First Christian Church. I'm nervous going by myself! But oh well...
