    How is the bootcamp going? Losing inches I heard...good for you. Start my bootcamp on next Monday for month of June and July.

    We can do this...exercise and keeping a food diary.

    If I "cheat" I need to be sure to write and count it, because while maybe only I know when and what was eaten, I am only fooling myself.

    My mantra for this week is: "I always have control over what goes into my mouth. Junk food only prolongs me from my goal." emoticon
