Hi I'm a 47yr old mother of 6, and I am always looking to conquer that last 10 kilos! But this time I'm determined to do it as a Birthday present for myself for next year!

My Goals:
My current goal is to shed 10 kilos by Feb 16,2007.

My Program:
 Counting and tracking calories is my main strategy. I continue to work out daily for about 60-80 minutes. Wokouts can include road runs, gym classes, weights, and crosstraining


Personal Information:
My name is Linda Cowie, I am a 47yr old mother of 6. I have home educated all my children since 1992. Originally born in NZ I now live in beautiful Sydney Australia. This month I have been married for 29yrs and have 1 grandchild.

Other Information:
 I am a born again Christian and my husband and I co-pastor Christian City Church Maroubra,my favourite book is the Bible, but I enjoy reading Runners World,and I am a keen handcrafter.
