Lose 58lbs by April 1, 2016. Get enough sleep, eat well, and exercise often in order to control and reduce my anxiety. This is what the doctor told me. Take the necessary steps to reduce my stress, and consequently, my stress induced rage.

For now, I'm trying to get in at least 10 minutes of activity a day. For a diet, I'm just trying to eat more veggies and eat less processed garbage- and less overall.
