Introduction Text I have just decided to come back to SparkPeople after a long time being inactive. I really feel that its time to get a move on in my life and the first step is to start getting healthy.

I have several goal weights as I go through this journey. They are set at 25 pound increments for the most part. My small goal is 5 lbs. I'm just going to look at the next 5 I need to lose instead of at the whole amount. So goals: 275 250 225 200 175 150 140 130



I'm doing this for several reasons. Most have to do with wanting to be healthy and not out of breath. Also I want to be able to do things I was able to do when I was younger, like stand around without breaking a sweat, or put on shoes without a struggle. Simple things.
