Fall - 2019 Biggest Loser ABS-olutely AUTUMN Challenge
Continuing the journey....IT'S NOT OVER UNTIL IT'S OVER!!!
Start: 236 Goal: 224 (realistic goal - lose 12 pounds by 12/31/19)
Carla's Action Steps to Goals (earns my lost 50 pounds badge)
1. lose 1/2 - 2 pounds weekly for 8-10 weeks (Fall Challenge)
2. Eat 30 grams protein and 1 carb within 30 minutes of awakening
3. Get 15-30 minutes physical activity before work 4/4 days
4. 45 minutes physical activity 1/3 off days
5. Hit caloric intake target at least 5/7 days by logging food
6. Have last food (50 cal) or beverage by 8pm
7. Prep for next day and in bed by 9pm to awaken by 5am
8. Meal planning and prep on Fridays and Sundays

Cardio - 15-45 minutes 5-6 days weekly (6K-8K steps daily)
Participation in athletic events- train using VivoFit tracker/HR monitor
