“If you are tired of starting over then stop quitting!” 2019 is my "CAN DO" Year. I have learned that positive words lead to positve action. Positive action leads to positive results. I am making it work - one good choice at a time. That is not to say that I won't stumble or have bumps in the road, simply that I am not allowing those stumbles or bumps in the roads dictate my path this year. I am a grown-up, with 2 amazing grown-up daughters, one of whom has blessed me with 2 extraordinary grandchildren. I am not retired but working towards that goal(as soon as we win the lottery!) I have become involved in this site and can only recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning, growing and achieving a healthy life style. We CAN DO it! I still have 35 more lbs to goal, and am aiming to achieve that on or before December of this year. Never be afraid of goals, set them adjust them and make them work.

My Goals:
My goal is to achieve and maintain and enjoy a healthy weight and life style. Healthy weight is defined currently as 129 lbs. Healthy lifestyle means less couch time. A new goal for 2019 is to become proficient with Nordic Walking.


My Program:
I am tracking food and tracking exercise. I use the Spark calorie frame work but not the daily recipes. I do use the recipes from Spark recipes as well as finding them on the internet or my cook books.
