Ok - I joined SparkPeople in January 2008 and was doing really well - - these last few months haven't been good to me. I have gotten lost and gained weight - - can't seem to refocus. I'm hoping that coming back to SparkPeople will give me the motivation/inspiration that I so desperately need.

I don't know how much I want to lose now - probably 60 pounds or so - - more than I had before. I can't blame anyone but myself and I can't do it for anyone but myself. So - - - here goes - wish me good luck!

Remember - when you think about cheating - the only person you are cheating on is you - - your spouse, children, neighbor, friend doesn't pay the consquences of you indulging yourself - you do. You won't have the weight loss - you will feel worse about yourself - - I love the phrase - "Nothing tastes better than being thin." I want to taste that !

Exercise Goal:
To Exercise 4-6 times a week - and be able to do more than 30 minutes at a time!

By December 2009 - to lose 60 pounds.
