My Goals:
Improve energy level, melt fat, more whole foods, embrace life to the fullest - make new friends!

My Program:
 10k steps per day min., yoga 4x per wk, daily cardio, 3x per wk stength training, 8+ cups of water/day, eat for nutrition. Smile more!


Personal Information:
I live in Orange County Cal and love it. And it took SP to get me out walking!?

 Nothing ventured, nothing gained (or lost!)

    Thanks - I'm very proud of them - my husband and I actually live right next door - my daughter & son in law purchased the house when the boys were just 3 and 1 years old so I've had the wonderful experience of having them close every day of their lives. Now 18 and 16 - they are such lovely young "almost" adults.
