Introduction Text My goal is to work every day toward being the "fit mama" I want to be forever. I need to be committed to making my goals a priority in my life and I know that I will enjoy the rewards created. This journey is not a short one and I need to be committed for the long haul! If that means starting over until I figure it out, then that's what I'll do!

I like to alternate doing Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD's between 3 and 5 miles. Learning how to run.
