Introduction Text I am a very busy mom of three, with the youngest being special/medical needs and requires a lot of care. This journey is a challenging one, yet I know it is also important to take care of myself. I have several autoimmune diseases that hinder me and have caused several no reason injuries, including the most recent hip stress fracture and full hip labral tear, which I just had surgery for in October 2016. I tore my tricep tendon back in 2012, which also required surgery and rehab. I have had several stress fractures over the past few years and a total of 3 surgeries in 4 years all due to autoimmune disease. I know by past experience that if I take care of myself properly, it helps control my disorders and I feel my best... and that is what I am here to do.
