I want to be healthy. Since becoming a mum I have slowly put on weight and have found it incredibly difficult to exercise. The time for me to get back to feeling healthy, fit and comfortable in my clothes is now. "Eat right, exercise and the weight will take care of itself" used to be my motto. Time to bring it back.
