On the Road to a Healthier Me


Hi! I'm a SAHM to three great kids whom I homeschool. They keep me busy but I love it! I'm working on making this a lifelong lifestyle choice! I need to get a routine set in place for my exercise and stick to it! Being healthy to give my family a good example is VERY important to me. I grew up eating a LOT of sugar and am still addicted to it. Working on kicking that habit. Looking forward to being healthier and happier in 2012!

My Goals:
i would love to get down to 130lbs. I know it will take a lot of hard work but it's doable!

My Program:
 Using sparkpeople to track my nutrition. I just started the C25K program! very excited about it. Neer was a runner but thought I'd give this a try.

I'm married to a wonderful man and we have 3 chldren together! I'm a SAHM and homeschool.
