    Thanks for checking in with me. I'm still keeping on track with my eating, but my running has fallen to the waist side. You have good timing because I was going to get back out today and do some C25K (of course starting over again for the 2nd time). I have let the snow be an excuse for me, which is very bad!!

    Hey buddy! I did Week 2 day 2 on Wednesday. Getting shin splints. :( I really need to back off. I may take at least a week off, while continuing some walking, strength training and stretching. I'm so sad, but I don't want to make it worse.

    How's it going for you? I'll be back in the game soon! Keep me posted on your progress too. I want to be here for each other and have accountability!! Keep on running!!
