As usual for the last 2 years I'm stuck in the 160's- up and down. I can't get my lifestyle to where I want it to be- nutrition wise. I hope you are well.     I'm back...I missed you. Let me know how you have been doing. Where your at right now. What your goals are. I am back to help motivate you to the best of my ability.

    Me, I am writing last year off to the birth of my newborn. My wife needed me to help out and that's what I did. Now that my daughter is walking and able to entertain herself I am making time to do things write again. The C25K has always been my motivating factor so I will be doing that again to start off.

    Hope to see and hear from you and your comments again. Sorry I left for so long. Hope all is going well in your life.
