My Goals:
Of course, my goals focus on healthier living and improving my fitness and endurance. But I do have weightloss goals but I plan on taking them 5% at a time as follows:

1. 166.0?57.7
2. 157.7?49.4
3. 149.4?41.1
4. 141.1?32.8
5. 132.8?24.5
6. 124.5?16.2

6 Steps to My Goal, I don't know when these will be achieved but the will be achieved.


My Program:
I try to eat more fruits, vegetables, good carbs, and lean meats while watching my caloric and nutritional intake.

For now, exercise is as follows just concentrating on increasing my endurance and my knee muscles.

    You have that problem too during that time as well. Glad it is not just me. That seems to be the worst. I want to eat everything but there is nothing I want. hehehe

    School is out for the kids & I, so I am not volunteering/subbing right now. But now that I am not in a routine I cannot get one going. I got up early today thanks to my son. I have been sleeping in too late. I go to bed every night telling myself when I wake up I am going to get on the treadmill. Then I find myself making excuses why I can't.

    Thanks for letting me know your size. I am 5'8. I am thinking on joining Fit for Fall. School for the kids start back on August 18th. I want to be more fit when we go back. The principal, the project manager, my teacher friend & I are all trying to loose weight at the same time. And we didn't even plan it. I was 2 lbs up on the principal. I don't think I am now. I average 4lbs loss a month. So I figured I will be 10lbs lighter when school is back in. Now I just need to get my BUTT in gear!!!!

    Thanks for adding me. We are all in this together. It's great to have support. I see you are at my goal weight. What size are you wearing if you dont mind me asking. My husband asked me what size and I told him I had no idea.

    I am trying to get back on the treadmill. It has been over two weeks because of work. I just cant get on there. I know it would be great once I get on. It is just that first step. I am up 3 lbs now & getting an o'well attitude about it. I need to find my inspiration again & the will power.
