I really thought I might would die. It was very traumatic! I had such pain in my chest and felt blood spreading from my chest internally, which I found out later that it was my blood vessels popping. I want to say, you never know when you will draw your last breath...it could be tomorrow...even today... make sure you get right with God (and if you are not born-again...believe in Jesus and the gospel (Jesus died on the cross, was buried and raised up the third day)...believe in Jesus and pray for Him to save you. If you don't believe in God...sincerely ask Him to show you that He is real...and He can show you! Salvation is really the most important thing in the world! Even if you live to be 120...and go to the lake of fire for ETERNITY (never ever ever ending) what good is that?! Why be so careful with your health, trying to eat better, lose weight, exercise...etc...and then lose your soul? Do both, care for your health and your soul! If you don't have assurance of your salvation, pray that God will let you know for sure! I care about lost souls. The accident just made such an impact on me. Please don't be offended. Please consider what I am saying. Don't take living for granted...consider the MORE important things...consider your loved ones...and witnessing to others for you who are saved. Don't be ashamed of the Gospel...don't be afraid of speaking to others about Jesus! You never know when it might just be their last day on earth! Caring for your soul emoticon Linda

My goal is to lose down to 165 (or less) by December 31, 2008. I think one thing that sets me up to fall is setting my goals too high. This weight didn't come on overnight, so I should allow myself plenty of time to get it off!!!

I want my FOCUS to be on becoming healthier. I want to have more energy and feel better and accomplish a lot more. I want to be able to stick to my calorie allotment daily and exercise daily. I want to stay away from sweets and added artificial sweeteners and sugar AND I want to eat more complex carbs and fruits and veggies. I want to get to where I am only eating till I get satisfied/full and eating slowly, etc.
