hey! Yeah I've been doing a strength training routine 2 times a week at least for awhile now. I am not as motivated to do it as cardio, but I like seeing the results and it's easier to challenge myself with competitively (with myself obviously). I only do body weight exercises though...I guess even though I know my mom owns plenty of weights and things I feel more comfortable this way for now. It's weird because recently my arms, shoulders and neck look especially toned and even when I look at people who are thinner and probably more in shape than me they don't have the definition I have right now which makes me feel pretty good, although I feel bad for looking at other people for myself to feel good, but oh well haha.
