    Wow, Beth! I just saw your before and after picture by your name. You look great! It must feel really good to accomplish the new weight. What are you doing now? I saw something about running 4 miles? Wow. I can't even run 1 mile much less 4. Jake and I are going to do the Cherry Creek Sneak together. He thinks he will be running the whole thing and maybe he will. I will be doing the run/walk part. hehe
