In the midst of writing my first novel and just achieved major goals for my personal stability, including graduating from college, working to have my divorce finalized, loving myself, and becoming financially stable. I finally feel ready to tackle my goal of physical health.

My Goals:
1) I want to eat to ensure optimal acquisition of nutrients and not feel cheated or deprived. My diet is simply foods I eat and not some sort of punishment for my size.
2) I want to remove unnatural foods from my daily eating. Packaged foods with more chemicals than actual ingredients will be BANNED. Also, foods with damaging processes to body or Earth will also be banned.
3) I want to learn creative ways to use more veggies, eliminating as much meat as possible to make sure my daily intake is at about 1/4 of my eating, or less.
4) My eating regimen should transition my child to a life of eating healthier also.

My Program:
-80% Healthy foods 20% creative (still not junk) add-ins
-3 meals, 2 snacks
-3+ servings of water (to start)
-meals or snacks every 3-4 hrs
-Keeping an online food journal
-Only eating high-quality foods, not only for health but for preserving the Earth

Personal Information:
Single mom, writer, and MS lady with aspirations of fabulousness. I want to live as my own woman and live it up. I want to push my limits and be happy in all of my faceted glory!
