    nice to hear from you, welcome on the thread "40 and Fluffy But going for Fabulous". Hope you are getting better with your food cravings. For me "only" yoghurt & fruit for breakfast doesn't work either, I need something that stays in the system longer, otherwise I am ravenous by snack time.

    Try out different things, for me low sugar granola (best is selfmade, then youa re sure what is in it), some bread or oatmeal (I cook it with water and only adda steaspoon of honey) work best. As long as you stick to about 300kcal, you are fine. If you undereat 2 things will happen:
    1. you will be hungry and tempted to binge
    2. If you continuosly undereat, your body will shut down the metabolism and go into starvation mode, meaning it will burn less calories, you will loose less weight and sufffere health problems.

    Do you exercise? It is very important, start with something easy and what you enjoy. You'd be amazed what difference walking can make..... ;)
