GandyWhite Gets Busy


In 2005, I lost 55 lbs. Beginning weight 247. By November, 2006 I had put 15 lbs back on. I was back on the roller coaster screaming..."let me off" when I found Sparkpeople. I was 60 years old on 2/20/07 when I decided I must get healthy and I made Sparkpeople a priority in my life.

August 13, 2007- 77lbs lost with 20 more to go.

September 9, 2007 - 85 lbs lost with 15 more to go.

Born in Montgomery, AL. I've always lived in the south, where food is GOOD. I love to cook and garden. I have 11 grandchildren. I was a backpacker for many years and I want to attempt an overnight hike with my daughter in Oct '07
