1 Dye about 100 eggs, raw preferably, bright and bold colors. Eggs outdated by a few months or more work best.
2 Go outside and bunny hop around the yard hiding the eggs. Squat to put each egg in place.
3 Gather a few good natured friends or family members you don't particularly care for.
4 On the count of 3, run to find the eggs.
5 Upon reaching an egg, squat down to pick it up, stand, and pitch it at the closest opponent. Alternate arms to insure an equal work out on both sides.
6 Repeat until all eggs are broken beyond re-throwing.
7 Don't forget that cleaning (up) can be a workout in and of itself.
