    journal_individual.asp?blog_id=6669010. Best wishes for a stress free and successful week 8. I was wondering why you posted only 3 hours of sleep and figured it must be stress of some sort. Exercise helps remove stress, try casually walking or even an occasional jog. Any exercise is good, but be sure to get plenty of sleep, 6-8 hours.

    CONGRATULATIONS on your SEVENTH WEEK, Casual Traveler!

    We've now put 7 weeks behind us in our journey and we made it to Madagascar, logging a
    total of 7,620 exercise miles, 1,310 points for Team No Evening Eating as well as 1,180 points for Team Cut Calories. Thank you for posting all your ITINERARY updates before the deadline!

    3 folks missed the weigh in deadline, 1 person was excused, 7 people stayed the same AND We logged 14 losses!! WEIGH TO GO!!!

    Well done! We've had a nice challenge, overall! Be proud of yourself for making it this far!!
    Also for sticking with it and what you have accomplished, regardless of your results!! You're here on the last day before the final weigh in and you're still active on all levels!

    I hope you were all very excited about this, the eighth week of our journey!!

    During week 8, our plane is still in the air and headed toward Sicily, 4,439 miles away and we've about 1,050 1,050 miles to go before we land. This is our last and shortest flight for this challenge.

    This trip's living the good life challenge (LTGL) was blogging because it can have positive effects on weight loss journeys. It can tell your story, help you work through tough spots,
    and let you toot your own horn! You can share what works for you and what doesn't. so many things to be shared, to be said!! For tis LGTL, you've been logging 10 points per day if you blog and 0 if you do not because this is
    another all or nothing challenge.

    This week again was no evening eating: 10 points if you were successful; 0 points if not. This is also an all or nothing challenge.

    Please remember exercise has a daily maximum of 120 minutes; each minute is 1 mile and exercise should be reported after completion.

    As shared before, we're a very supportive, no pressure team but we do want everyone to participate to the best of their abilities. Please make sure to log all of your LTGL points &
    exercise miles for the day as often as possible; the sooner our points are posted, the sooner we land our plane.

    We, the casual Travelers, are one of more than 10 teams trying to reach our destination before anyone else. Also keep in mind that at the latest any/all Week 8 points need to be posted before 11:59PM Friday, March 6th.

    Every Saturday, a new and optional Wellness Challenge for self care Saturday will be offered that will include a few mini challenges that focus on mind body and soul.
