Improve health problems. Keep busy, enjoy life fully. Keep encouraging/teaching as I learn more. Try and stay in contact with distant family, more often.

Eating for my blood type, avoiding avoid foods and eating beneficial foods, Changed my plan, eating raw fruit,vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans. Will see what happens during this challenge. I will continue with Blood Type Diet, mentioned in first sentence as I do this.



Taking it One Meal at a Time One Exercise Session at a Time. It's a long hard battle, but it is possible and it gets easier! I am now Eating to Live!
