Two steps forward, 1 1/2 steps back. I will get this right one of these days. At least I eat a lot less junkfood than I did in the past. Two years ago I was buying bags of Halloween candy and eating them constantly. Now I buy candy when I want it but usually don't buy any.

My Goals:
To get healthier so that I can keep up with my husband that PT's at least twice a week. Lose the weight I gained when I quit smoking. To be around for a long time so that I can enjoy even more time with my wonderful husband.

My Program:
 Learned to eat whole grains. I really like fruit and vegetables so I eat more of those. Eating less junk food.


Personal Information:
Originally I'm from Idaho but now I live on Whidbey Island in Washington.

Other Information:
 I am a full time mom who does AVON and volunteers.

    Trust me, I was hating it for a while too, but then we took a break this summer (the entire challenge) and I jumped back into Admin for the fall and I'm rediscovering my spark FINALLY! I haven't lost, but at least I'm not as "negative" :-) Sorry to hear Gene's gone again. Nicole's hubby shipped out recently too. Senior! Wow!

    Morning Kathy,

    Hope things are getting back to normal for you.

    Just wanted to let you know, we're becoming snow birds and will be about 50 miles from Daytona. Still will have to pack a lunch when we head to JAX to see the son and his family, but will only have to walk across the yard to see the daughter. The new son-in-law made the mistake of offering to sell Daddy some of his yard.
