    I am sorry you have some losses and I know how that is :( Love yourself by allowing yourself to grieve it is important to cry instead of numb out to life issues. Journal out your grief and do things to keep yourself healthy such as drinking lots of water and eating fruits and veggies when you want to binge.. totally get the loss thing tho... my aunt and uncle died as well as my dog all in one year. Sorry for your loss... stay positive about yourself!!
