Introduction Text Hello, I am a Christian, member of the Church of Christ I was married to the same farmer for 58 years. . He passed away November 24, 2012. I was born in Western Oklahoma in the panhandle. We lived in Kansas the first half of our 58 years now I live in Oklahoma about ten miles from where DH grew up, I am a Great grandmother of 14 Grand Mother of 4 and Mother of 2. I am 84 years old. I lowered BP and cholesterol by losing weight. I really like this site for the reason I can keep track of what I am eating before I eat it. Really helps if you have to put it down in black and white. I have been slack on dieting since my DH passed away. I need to get back on the program.

Updated 08/19/2019 I need to lose 50 pounds to help lower my blood pressure and of course to lose weight. I did it before I can do it again.
