    Welcome to SP, and welcome to the beginning of a lifetime of fitness! I was serious about what I posted on your thread -- I would love to help you get started in a strength training routine that makes you feel GOOD , and not like total poo! I can completely relate to your story. I was ALWAYS fat since I was in kindergarten, and finally in 2006 I just decided that I'd had enough and I had to do something. I've been on this journey ever since. I know where you've been, this is something that is doable, rewarding, challenging, and life-affirming, it's not about failure, frustration, misery. Yes it is a struggle at times but it always comes back to you trying to better yourself. NOTHING gave me confidence, self-esteem, and personal pride the way that strength training has.
